when will my order ship?

After your order is placed and payment is authorized, it may take up to 7 business days to process your complete order. We may need an extra day or two during busy times, such as Holiday, Back-to-School and Sale Events.Some of our limited stock items may be coming in from one of our stores, instead of the warehouse, thus they may require extra shipping time. In most instances, your order will be fully processed and ready to ship within a day or two.

Your complete order will ship from our Online Centre in Calgary, via Canada Post or Canpar. On the day that it ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number so that you can follow its progress. You can expect it to take 5-7 business days, depending on where you live. This applies only to Canadian addresses, as we can’t control customs clearance times for the United States and other countries.

Regular Ground Shipping to Canadian addresses is FREE with orders of $50 or more!

Yup, that’s right! Select the “Regular Shipping” option at checkout to receive complimentary shipping when your order is over $50. If your order is under $50, we offer a flat rate of $8.

New – FREE Ground Shipping to the United States for orders $100+!

We’ve made it easy for our American flip fans, with complimentary shipping on any order over $100, when you select “Regular Shipping” at checkout. On smaller orders, we will charge a flat fee of $15. For other international orders, we’ll charge a flat fee of $35 for regular shipping.

shipping outside of Canada

Your invoice from Triple Flip does not include any international taxes or duties. Contact the Customs Office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on tripleflip.ca and then refused for any reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We’ve made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge at or below our cost for these services and do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Keep in mind that when you are ordering internationally, your bank may charge you an additional international transaction fee for orders. We cannot estimate what these charges may be. For more information, please check with the bank that issued your credit card.

can you ship to a Canada Post P.O. Box?

If you have a postal box, no worries! Provided your package doesn’t require a signature, Triple Flip and Canada Post will make your delivery happen.

When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number for Canada Post. You can follow your Triple Flip package on its journey to your door by visiting the Canada Post website. Please contact Canada Post first, for any delivery issues.
