  •  Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  •  Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

  •  Merchandise must have all tags still attached.

  •  Sale merchandise can be exchanged but not refunded

  •  The original receipt must be presented for a full refund.

  •  Gift receipt allows an exchange but not a refund.

  • Online returns are easy, and you have 30 days from the day the order was shipped to decide.

    To return or exchange items bought Online, bring it to a Triple Flip store or ship it back to us:

    •   Returns and exchanges of regularly priced items may be made at any one of our Triple Flip stores. Please have the original receipt or gift receipt with you.

    •  To return it to our Online Centre, fill out the Online Return Form, which has all the details we need to process your return.

    •  Print out the handy Return Shipping Label (included on the Online Return Form) and attach to your package.
    •   Drop off at your nearest Canada Post office, or use the delivery method of your choice.

    •  Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to mail a parcel back to Triple Flip for return or exchange, but we will cover the cost to send an exchanged item back to you.

    •  You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or international duties and taxes (these must be dealt with through your local customs agency).

      Refunds will not be issued on sale items. All sale items may be exchanged, for in stock items, or the amount will be added to a gift card. This is valid within 14 days of purchase in-store or 30 days from the shipping date on online purchases. Swimwear, undergarments, water bottles and items of a similar personal nature may not be returned for hygienic reasons.

      Triple Flip stands behind its product. But sometimes, despite high quality control standards, human mistakes can happen and the product fails before it should. Our clothes are designed and chosen with premium quality components and superior techniques. We select other brands that we feel also represent these standards. However, if an item is defective due to workmanship or quality issues within the first year, Triple Flip will repair, replace or return it for a full refund. Refunds are at the discretion of our Triple Team members once an assessment has been made. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, inappropriate care or accidents (such as encounters with Velcro, gum or by a fall that has created a hole). We understand that it’s awful when this happens, and while it’s not covered by our warranty, our staff can sometimes offer helpful suggestions for restoring your garment to a near good-as-new state so that you can continue loving it and wearing it.
